GECO Softpoint bullet

Thousands of roe deer have been shot with the legendary GECO Softpoint bullet which is suitable for universal use and in almost any hunting situation. It responds reliably in the game’s body and has good target ballistic effectiveness. The thin walled jacket of the bullet is the secret of this successful design, deformation is initiated by the marked lead tip and then the jacket responds to the increased resistance, even with heavy game the deformation process remains well controlled.

GECO centerfire rifle cartridges in caliber .223 Rem.

Apart from the Express bullet for hunting also two FMJ bullets of different weight are produced for shooting with semi-automatic sporting arms. The original .223 Rem. was also introduced as 5.56 mm military version in many NATO countries.
